APIs are programming interfaces in which software acts as the middle-man between two applications allowing them to communicate between one another. If you’re using an online CRM, or using the Twitter app, you’re interacting with an API.

Every time you use an API, it goes online and sends data back to a server. The server then performs the requested actions and sends data back to your device. 5 Ways Virtual Phone Numbers Help Drive Business

Posted by Mike Woellert on May 26, 2016 9:30:00 AM

The typical landline phone number originates from and terminates to a physical switch location at a telephone exchange or central office. 3 Business Factors When Selecting VoIP Service Providers

Posted by Tom White on Oct 9, 2014 11:43:00 AM

As more and more businesses of all sizes – from SMBs to large enterprises – turn to internet telephony and VoIP as a flexible, cost-efficient means of communications, they all face two choices for service: premised-based or cloud-based. Often many organizations follow the path of least resistance and stick with something familiar to them, such as their premise-based PBX and phone systems.
